Pasta and Wine




My recipes are inspired by a collection of memories, restaurants, cities, and countries visited around the world. Each one of them brings a taste of a specific cultural experience, but with the addition of a personal twist based on my preferences and available fresh ingredients.

The food and wine pairings are based on extensive study in the taste interaction between structural components in food and wine. Since each individual has a different level of sensitivity to flavors, tolerance to spices and specific preferences, the pairings reflect my personal palate. I also believe in the “ tried & tested” method and encourage you to try pairings based on your personal preferences, as there is no guarantee a perfect pairing exists to satisfy the spectrum of various palates.
